Lily Bonner is a member of Abington High's Class of 2021. This will be her third year writing for the Green Wave Gazette. As a freshman, she had creative writing published in both "The Marble Collection" and Abington High's "Student Art Magazine." Bonner's writing focuses on world travel, school happenings, and raising awareness for animals. Her first year, she interviewed a shelter in California for the article "
Helping Pets Hurt in the Camp Fire'. She was able to bring awareness for animals hurt during the California wildfires, and receive a Best of SNO award. In addition to the paper, Bonner participates in soccer, indoor track, and outdoor track, as well as being a member of National Honor Society and Peer Leaders.
