Iris Higier joined the Green Wave Gazette her freshman year because she was interested in journalism. She is part of the Class of 2023 and hopes to be on the Green Wave Gazette throughout high school. She is also eager to join different clubs in the future. Iris is passionate about writing opinions and as a staff writer she wants to also focus on school news. Besides writing, Higier enjoys playing golf and tennis.
