On Wednesday, November 27, 2019, Abington High School students celebrated Spirit Day. Many dressed in Green Wave insignia, showing their Green Wave Pride. Students attended classes from 7:25 advisory until period 5, when they were called by class down to the gym, where they attended the Pep Rally.

The hallways were decorated Tuesday after school, and the school was awash in green. Students were released after the Pep Rally for the start of their Thanksgiving break. When they return in December, it will be back to business.
