African Percussionist Otha Day Brings a Happy Beat
International Week Celebrates Different Cultures
Otha Day and student performers during International Week.
For the Week of March 5, the Foreign Language Department, Music Department, and International Club hosted many activities around the school to mark National Foreign Language Week. To cap off the week, an African Percussionist Otha Day performed for the first all-school gathering in the new auditorium. Many students enjoyed this musical performance and it was a great way to end the week. This event was made possible thanks to the Abington Education Foundation (AEF).
