Heavy Rains and Gusts of Wind Pound the South Shore

On Friday, March 2, powerful winds blew outside the school and rain pounded the roof. Ms. Corbett’s environmental science classes analyzed the data from the school’s weather station.
At dismissal, students tried to dodge the cold rain as they headed home in the midst of what was a powerful Nor’easter.
By evening, parts of Abington, like neighboring towns, had lost power.
