#Black Out Cancer
Students lead an effort to fight against cancer
Abington High continues their campaign to Black Out Cancer tonight when Hockey takes on East Bridgewater at 7:10 PM. Mr. Serino, Athletic Director at the high school, said that, “the entire event was planned and is being carried out by the students.” The students on the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC), the MIAA Ambassador Lauren Keleher, Green Wave Gazette photojournalist Erielle Amboy, and other students put together or contributed to different facets of the event.
Those interested in supporting #BlackOutCancer can purchase long sleeved T-shirts ($20), wrist bands ($2), and pledge cards ($5). Come out to tonight’s hockey game to show your support.
