Drivers headed down Gliniewicz Way might notice a change in the air. Literally.
The banners on the light posts were changed on Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
The Abington Fire Department along with the Abington Highway Department switched the green banners with winter snowflakes and “Welcome to Abington” to a spring scene and “Our Town Abington.”
For students, parents, and residents heading to the school, library, or town offices, this is a good sign.
